Service Catchment

SNAA services from Richmond to Croydon in Melbourne's eastern suburbs.  An an outreach therapist, our staff often work in allocated catchment areas for many predetermined reasons (e.g. personal choice, existing caseloads and or relationships with certain educational settings).

We are extremely proud and honoured to have each of our therapists as a part of our team at SNAA.  Where we can, we try to minimise the travel for our therapists to avoid burn out and fatigue, maximise productivity and service delivery and ensure our outreach model is sustainable for all.  Given this, upon intake, Susanne or Jaye will discuss availability of therapists, which will be determined by catchment area as the first priority (thus also avoiding incurred travel costs for families).

For families outside of SNAA’s catchment area, please refer to SNAA's online support services and support work / therapy assistance for alternative support models.

SNAA acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of the land where we learn, meet and play. We pay our respects to Elders past, present, and emerging, for they hold the memories, traditions, culture and hopes of Indigenous Australia. We are committed to the healing of country, working towards equity in health outcomes, and the ongoing journey of reconciliation.
